January 2020-Present: Founder/Affiliate, Collaborative Practice Center of Greater Washington
In September of 2010 I co-founded (along with Barbara Burr, JD, Lisa Herrick, PhD and Andrea Hirsch, JD) the Collaborative Practice Center of Greater Washington. Between 2010 and 2020 I served as a Principal of the Center while maintaining my primary office there. In January of 2020, I expanded my hours in Bethesda and changed my Principal status at the Center to that of Affiliate. I continue to see clients in both locations.
1989-Present: Private Practice of Psychotherapy/Divorce Services
Provide psychodynamic psychotherapy to individuals (children, adolescent, and adults), couples, and families; mediation, parent coordination, divorce consultation, Collaborative Divorce (coach, child specialist)
1997-Present: Professional Trainer
Present nationally and internationally on such topics as psychodynamic psychotherapy, divorce, parenting, alternate dispute resolution, and Collaborative Divorce.

2008-2014: Founding Faculty, Collaborative Practice Training Institute (CPTI)
Developed curricula and presented nationally on topics related to Collaborative Divorce (as a part of multidisciplinary tri-state organization).

September 2011-2014: Collaborative Pro-Bono Project of DC, Founding Board Member
June 2010-2014: Past President, Montgomery County Divorce Roundtable

Private agency providing both general psychotherapy and specialized clinical services to families involved in separation, divorce, including custody evaluation, mediation, parenting coordination, and Collaborative Divorce.
2004-2009: Founder/Director, Metro Washington Center of the International Psychotherapy Institute (IPI Metro), Bethesda MD,
Responsible for program and curriculum development and implementation, instruction, conference planning, marketing/outreach, supervision of faculty and students; liaison to IPI National.
